Ok this is my last two days of training before the meet and I’m officially brain dead. Конец января ➡️ конец мая Это работа над техникой длиной 4 месяца. Есть разница? Для меня она огромная, как минимум одна проблема исправлена, из-за которой в том числе я глубоко не приседала. Сегодня посмотрела видео сбоку и не могу не порадоваться 🤗 Работа над мобильностью, МФР, улучшение работы кора и техники дыхания даёт свои результаты. Ещё конечно же есть над чем работать - постепенно, но уверенно😎 Техника всегда на первом месте! Make with love. - Salivating cos I am sick today&buried in bed. 😑😔 - Growing up in NZ, I didn't get to see my nanas much after our family migrated to Christchurch back in 1993. Few yrs back, when I found out my grandpa was dying from cancer, I saved up every penny to go&see him. It was a special experience for me. I would stay up for hours, to hear stories about my ancestors, rummaging through old photos. Looking back, I think I was searching for lost parts of me...💟 - Seeing ppl who kinda look like my parents, having full on Korean rural style home breakfast when I usually don't have much appetite in the morning 😅, talking to cousins who kinda look like me. But at the same time, I felt happy to introduce things such as the All Blacks, Weetbix, Cadbury Favourites, Ernest Adam's. 😊 What is health to you? In my current fitness journey, I am learning the very word is defined&understood so differently by different people. - To some, it may be all about protein powders &eating loads of 🍖🍗🍖🍗🍖🍗🍖🍗🍖. As a former vegan, yoga&pilates enthusiast, I seek more of a balanced approach. I do not think 100% clean eating is viable or possible, but I also Q if living off fast food is also really good for the body&the soul, in the long run. - Excited for June 18, not long after South Island Comp, I will be flying out to Seoul. Nelson just sent me this comparison from when we started in December to now. This may not look like a lot, but it is HUGE to me. When I first reached out to Nelson, I felt hopeless—both about finding a coach who would give me the attention and detail that I needed (I’m REALLY needy), and my body. I was eating VERY little (mainly veggies and lean protein), and training VERY hard for a powerlifting meet. Nelson is more than I could have ever asked for in a coach... and, even better, he has literally beyond doubled my intake. Sure, there are still times (more than I would like to admit) when I struggle with my body. I’m a perfectionist, so I think that I will always want to be better. I will never be satisfied with anything in life—Both a blessing and a curse. But even just knowing that I have Nelson in my corner, makes everything much more at ease for me. Anyway—this transformation has been a very humbling and difficult experience. I lost a lot of definition, I had to back down on training, eat foods I “feared”, and take... gasp... REST DAYS. But it has proven to be worth it. I have more energy than I EVER have, and am becoming much healthier—sleep is better, mood is better (my mom might disagree with that), and my lifts are completed with much more ease and excitement (rather than pure frustration). Thankful for everything that has happened, and looking forward to what is to come 💗🙌🏼☺️

Coloque 2 minutos no microondas. Depois do bolo pronto faça um corte redondo no meio e coloque o doce de leite e faça uma caldinha com o whey por cima😋👌🏻 Fica maravilhosooooooo!!! Front squats from today. I still suck at these, but slowly but surely am improving my front rack and getting better. This was my 4th/last set at 135, which were particularly hard after power and volume sets of back squats. The knee cave was real on these 😒. Followed this with some hypertrophy and burnout leg work, which totaled an almost two-hour lower body session from Hell.
